01

Contact Us

If you have not yet booked an appointment online, please call (780) 463-2222 for the millwoods clinic or (780) 473-7474 for the northeast clinic to provide us with your personal information and insurance to best prepare for your upcoming appointment.

02

Fill Out Form

Upon arrival for your appointment, you can expect to be greeted warmly by the receptionists where you will then be required to fill out a new patient form. To save time, you can download the form here. Print and fill it out before your appointment to be seen faster.

03

Rinse

You will then be required to rinse with 3% hydrogen peroxide. This rinse is known for its antibacterial and disinfecting properties that is safe to use as a rinse.

04

Consultation

Patients can be expected to be seated and have their initial consultation. This includes reviewing medical history, any concerns, symptoms and taking x-rays.

05

Treatment

You will then have a dental cleaning done which includes scaling, with our ultrasonic scalers and instruments, prophylaxis and fluoride. Finally, the dentist will see you to discuss any concerns and treatment that will be needed and most importantly oral hygiene.

For Returning Patients

Before you are seated for your appointment, please inform the receptionists or dental staff of any changes to your medical history, medications, address, phone number or insurance information to ensure a smooth appointment.

Like your initial visit, you will be provided with a 3% hydrogen peroxide rinse to gargle and then will be promptly seated for your appointment.

Frequently
Asked
Questions

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, absolutely.

Are you open on the weekends?

We are open on Saturdays from 10am-5pm but closed on Sundays.

How much is dental cleaning?

This is patient dependent and also changes if it is your first visit or a returning patient. Prices can range from $500-600 but for a more accurate quote it is best to come for a consultation with x-rays to determine the cost.

What languages do you speak at the clinic?

We can speak and offer services in both English and Tagalog.

I had x-rays taken from a previous dentist. Do I need x-rays again?

If x-rays were taken at a previous clinic, please let us know which clinic and if possible their phone number so we can obtain those x-rays. If the x-rays have been taken more than 2-3 years ago we may need to take new ones as they may not be as accurate.

What is your late/cancellation policy?

Please let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any last minute cancellations will be subject to a $50 charge.

What are your infection control practices in the clinic?

  • Use of masks, sterile gloves, gowns and head caps are used in our practice as our personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Instruments are either disposable or sterilized using our ultrasonic instrument cleaning equipment and industrial instrument cleaners.
  • Sterilizers are tested everyday using chemical indicator strips and biologic monitors.
  • Our electric handpieces are flushed and on a closed, waterline disinfected system.
